Makenzie's skates for Competition

I decided to dazzle up Makenzie's soles of her skates for her upcoming competition and of course time past that and added Pink and clear Swarovski crystal's to them. This is the picture before.....
and after!
This task was very time consuming and I got a lot of little circles on my fingers from pressing down the hot crystals, but anything is worth it when it comes to Makenzie!

Makenzie's play date with Aiden and Liam

Makenzie had a play date with her two twin friends Aiden and Liam and they played outside, had lunch, and even made home made ice cream!
She was so good making sure to get all of the ingrediants in the bowl to mix the ice cream.
Kaiden helped too, he was the supervisor

more from Aiden and Liam's

Makenzie gets pretty serious when mixing Ice Cream, she has to make sure it is going to come out just right!
Kaiden had a blast playing with all of Aiden and Liam's toys, especially because everything came in two's so he was able to make his sister dress up just like him.

Kaiden has been saying "hockey" a lot lately, so I let him give it a shot, notcie how he is in the goal? That is because he is retrieving his puck he shot in there. Not too shabby for a two year old!
I love love love this picture. My future 8x10 for my wall!
Unlike Daddy, Kaiden always looks behind him before backing up, he may have a chance of not being in the car because the door is open, but at least he looks behind him!

Roger Williams Zoo

On Tuesday morning my sister Michelle and I embarked on a very fun trip to the Zoo in Rhode Island. It was so much fun and the kids kept us entertained the whole way there. With the four of our kids together, they seem to make any rode trip enjoyable. It was definitely a great time!
Of course when we got there we had to do a potty break for the girls, except me of course because I was taking the picture, and the boys waited ever so patiently for the girls to get done. They conversed a bit too and told each other which animals they wanted to see most. It was a relaxing 10 minutes!! ha ha just kidding, they didn't take that long, but it made the story sound good.

Oh Michelle, I absolutely love this picture and wish my camera was on the correct setting to make it come out correctly. Unfortunately, although the picture is blurry I still thought this picture was super cute!

Makenzie's big practice

Makenzie has her first ice skating competition coming up and here she is practicing with her private coach Jennifer! I can't wait to see how well she is going to do. It is so hard to believe she has come so far in what seems like such little time!

Egg hunt number 3

Makenzie and Kaiden with the Easter Bunny!
Makenzie climbed up this huge hill to get eggs!
Matt and Linda had a great time going egg hunting with us. I love them!

Gymnastics birthday party

I guess the big thing for soon to be 5 year old girls is to have a gymnastics birthday party. This is the third one this year Makenzie has been to already, however she doesn't want one for her birthday. She is still doing gymnastics and is absolutely loving every second of it.

Egg Hunting on Easter

We had a great time this Easter egg hunting Makenzie and Kaiden enjoyed every minute. We were invited to quite a few parties with friends from Makenzie's school, and did two or three egg hunts in town. It was a very sunny, nice day out!
Makenzie was as cute as can be, she would pick up an egg and then turn around and make sure Kaiden got one. She didn't want him to not have as many as she did. She is so loving!
Kaiden did pretty well with getting eggs himself, he liked opening and closing them the best!
