Tess in the middle!

Makenzie and Kaiden love to go see Tessa, Landon and Auntie Miche. When we went last week, they wanted to hide Tess in the middle, and take her home with us. We really love our time with the Peters!!!

Kenzie and Kaiden

My oh so pretty Makenzie

Makenzie has had a super busy year this year. She started dance in September and has her recital coming up, she still does gymnastics, and figure skating, as well as goes to school 4 days a week. But she has started doing private figure skating lessons once a week and was recently invited to be in a competition! Her private coach is going to make up a routine for her and she is going to have her very own song to skate to in the competition! She is very excited and cannot wait! It is so hard to believe she is going to be 5 next month. I don't know where the time has gone!

Our new bed.

Well, it only took a little longer than two years after the fire happened for us to replace our King sized bed. We were finally able to do it, and it sure feels nice to have the extra room and sleep on a brand new bed. After the fire happened and we lost everything due to water/smoke damage, we were fortunate enough to have someone loan us a full size bed, so we had something to sleep on. It is kind of funny in a way, Bill and I are just now starting to buy some brand new things for our house after being married for 4 years. So far our collection consists of a new flat screen T.V, a computer desk, a pull out couch, and this bed. It sure feels nice to own things brand new.

pictures from February 26,2010

These pictures are actually from February 26th of this year, and I was wanting to pose
Kaiden similar to how he was in a few other pictures that I have of him. This one is identical to another I have of him, but I wanted to compare his looks after a year and a half time laps. As you can see there isn't much of a change, because here he looks so young and just like he is learning how to crawl.
This picture is so cute. I really like it. He looks so little. I wish he would stay little forever.
awww. My baby with his baby blues.
How sweet!
I think this one was taken the day he cut his hair, he kind of has that "deer in the headlights" look ha ha.

Kaiden cut his own hair!

Well, they say every kid does it, I guess I was just hoping mine wouldn't fall into that category. However, as you can see, yes Kaiden cut his own hair. I had just got done giving him a haircut and put gel in his hair to spike it up, when I heard the buzzers going again, only to find Kaiden in the kitchen, in the chair with buzzers in hand saying "Mommy, buzz cut"! It's a good thing it grows back, that's for sure. Needless to say he still hasn't gotten enough hair back to go back to his normal cut.
Yup, that's what it looked like when I tilted his head up.
He was actually excited about it and thought he had done a good job!
